Martha Lane Fox and I made a series for BBC Radio 4 looking at innovative new ways in which artists and musicians are using the internet in their work. The first programme explores how faster network speeds allow musicians to collaborate over distances, even in real-time! In the second programme, Martha finds out how artists are using the internet not only as a medium to create and distribute art, but also as a means of exploring how digital technologies are shaping our lives. There’s more information on the music programme on the BBC Arts site.
